Registration
Instruction of advanced registration
- Please send an e-mail to the office to inform your Name, Affiliation, Address and zip, Phone number, E-mail
address, Status (Non-student or Student), Banquet participation (Yes or No).
- Please fill on-line registration form in this page.
- In addition, it is necessary to pay the fees until April 28 using Postal Giro In-payments Sevice. Otherwise the registration will not be accepted and you will be asked to pay additional fees on the conference
desk.
The registration for participation is accomplished when you pay the above fees by using the Postal Giro In-payments Service (Yubin Furikae). The registration procedure shoule be done by each person.
Notice in using the Postal Giro In-payments Service
Please write, for each person,
- your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
- total amount¥ and names of items
on a sheet of the form (Furikae Youshi) that is supplied in the Post Office,
and send the money to the account shown below.
- We may not accept the cancellation of the participation.
- Deadline for the advanced registration is April 28. Those who have not registered
by April 28 may register on-site at the Conference Hall. Additional fees will
be charged for on-site registration.
