Abstract submission

Abstract submission will be opened on Apr 17th, 2025.

Instruction

1. Find your presentation number at the program page.
   
2. Prepare your abstract in PDF file format according to the instruction in the following template file.
   Template file: PDF·MSWord
   
3. Submit your PDF file via UPLOAD page.
   Open UPLOAD page. (available from April 17 to April 30)
   Open UPLOAD page.
   
4. If you want to revise your abstract, please upload again. The old file will be overwritten.

Note in the production of your abstract

• Embed FONTS in your PDF file. You may need to change your setting of PDF production.
• Make the PDF file size less than 1 MB per page.
• Color figures in the PDF file is acceptable. Please note that the abstract book is printed in black & white.
• Do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.
