＊We will mail you the abstract book. Please note that you may not receive the abstract book before the symposium if you do not register before May 19.

  2. Please transfer your registration fee to our bank account.

  2. Total amount ¥ and breakdown (ex. registration fee).

  • We will not accept a cancellation of the registration, even in the case of non-participation.
