37th Symposium on Chemical Kinetics and Dynamics

Instructions for presenters

Experimental and theoretical studies on chemical reaction dynamics (including the excitation to and relaxation of the excited states) in the gas phase, condensed phase, surface, and interface are the topics of discussion.
1. Oral presentation
  • Contributed talk:
    Presentation for 15 min. & Discussion for 10 min.
  • Invited talk:
    Presentation for 40 min. (including discussion)


Hybrid session in Sakura Hall or online
a) On-site format

  • Venue: Conference room (2nd floor)
  • Type of Presentation: Projector (Use a PC installed at the venue)
    OS: Windows 10, CPU: Corei5-8265U, RAM: 8GB
    PowerPoint: Microsoft professional Plus 2019
  • Presentation slides: pptx or pdf format
    Please send the slides to the conference office via e-mail by May 28 (Sat).

b) On-line format with Zoom meeting

  • Please prepare your presentation slides in a format that can be shared in the Zoom meeting.
  • Please enter the Zoom meeting room by 10 minutes before the start of the session in which you give a presentation.
  • During the presentation, please share the screen, unmute your microphone, and turn on the camera by yourself. When you finish your presentation, please stop sharing, mute your microphone, and off the camera as soon as possible.
