Abstract submission

1. Find your presentation number at Search page or Program page.
   Open Search page. (Serch page will be active after program decision)
   
2. Prepare your abstract in PDF file format according to the instruction in template file.
   Template file: PDF·MSWord
   
3. Submit your PDF file via UPLOAD page.
   Open UPLOAD page. (available from March 25 to April 14)
   
4. If you want to revise your abstract, please upload again. The old file will be overwritten.

Note in the production of your abstract

• Write your abstract in English.
• Embed FONTS in your PDF file. You may need to change your setting of PDF production.
• Make the PDF file size less than 1 MB per page.
• Color figures in the PDF file is acceptable. Please note that the abstract book is printed in black & white.
• Do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.
